Notes

1

Create a Dashboard to display the plot inside.

In our case it is shown in a Dashboard, but it can also be displayed inside the Object’s Portal.

2

Create a single Segment inside the dashboard to contain a plot.

3

Add a single component to the segment, set the type to Plot View and the type to Bars.

Depending on the type of the plot, you will need to fill out different Series configuration options

4

Configure one query Series to retrieve Documents that are not deleted.

Applying filters can help you to get the data that is relevant for the plot.

5

Configure the data aggregation as well as the value and label axes.

Use short names to avoid spelling mistakes in the next step.

6

Select the required property values as well as a unique column name.

You can include more SelectedPropertyValues, this will enable you to display more columns inside the List View once you click on the data on the plot

7

Remember to refresh the configuration.
