CtrlDocs: M‑Files Solution Partner of the Year 2025

The award was presented at the M‑Files IMPACT Global Conference 2025, held 5 to 8 May at the Grand Hyatt in Athens, where M‑Files honoured 14 partners from 11 countries for sales, customer success and innovation. CtrlDocs was singled out for the breadth of its solution catalogue and for customer advocacy within the M‑Files ecosystem.
How we got here#
Getting here has taken years of building, refining and supporting solutions that customers run every day. This is our first official award from M‑Files, and a milestone for the team.
Working with M‑Files#
Since becoming an M‑Files Solution Partner we have worked closely with M‑Files’ product and customer success teams on new features and integrations. That has meant technical discussions, joint customer opportunities and, at IMPACT, a seat on the Solution Partner panel alongside partners such as Unitfly.
The products behind it#
CtrlPortals, CtrlTeams and CtrlShare drew the most interest over the past year. Customers use them to build dashboards and user experiences on M‑Files, to collaborate in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint with the record kept in M‑Files, and to co-author documents with the permissions intact. All three were shown at the conference demo booth.
What it means for customers#
The award does not change what we do. Our plans for the coming year are closer integration between Microsoft 365 and M‑Files, technical webinars and further documentation.
