Partner of the Year 2025
CtrlDocs ApS was named M‑Files Solution Partner of the Year 2025 at the IMPACT conference in Athens. The first step came in March 2022, when CtrlShare became our first product in the M‑Files Solution Catalog and we became the first official M‑Files Solution Partner in Denmark.
Processes in Elements, documents in M‑Files
Elements.cloud is a platform for mapping and documenting business processes. As an Elements partner we connect it to M‑Files, so a process and the documents it depends on point at each other, whichever side someone starts from.
CtrlProcesses brings your Elements process maps into M‑Files, where each step opens its procedure. CtrlDocs for Elements works the other way: documents are reviewed and approved in M‑Files, and the approved PDF replaces the old link in the Elements URL library.
VisualQMS, Solution Management's pre-configured quality management system, is built on both platforms and works with several of our add-ons. You can read more about the platform at elements.cloud.
Sold and delivered by Solution Management
Solution Management ApS resells our products to M‑Files customers and calls us its development partner: we build the products, and Solution Management brings them to its customers alongside M‑Files and Elements.cloud.
An authorised reseller of both platforms
Solution Management is based in Copenhagen and works with customers across the Nordics and further afield. It is an authorised M‑Files reseller and an Elements.cloud reseller.
